Creating users

A super-administrator user has the right to create a new user (the number of users is limited by the contractually defined licenses). Go to "settings" and select "User list" in the navigation tree.

Via "Create user" a new user can be created.

An input window opens up in which the following data can be defined.

  • Email address and password: the access data must be transmitted to the new user by the super-administrator. Once the new user has been created, the access data can no longer be changed by the super administrator
  • First and last name as well as company* and language
  • "Internal / External" (position*), department* and location, and organizational unit*
    Attention: Department, location, and the organizational unit cannot be changed later by the created user. A change must and can only be made by the super administrator
  • Theme (the background image on the login and start page)

* Group according to this information in the user list

After you confirm the data via the "Create" button, the new user is added to the user list.

Sort the users via the grouping function or reduce the displayed users by using a filter.
