To switch to the plan view, select the desired object in the navigation tree and click on "Plan" in the navigation bar. The selection of the object can also be made directly in the plan and can therefore be changed at any time.

The plan will open in the "6 Month view" by default. This view can now be further customized with the following view options:

  1. Calendar area: All planned marketing measures are displayed here; new measures can be created via mouse click.
  2. Structure and grouping area: It represents the structure of all marketing measures in the same way as the navigation tree. Changes to the displayed measures can be made using the grouping and display options in the navigation tree.
  3. To-do toggle: Here,  to-dos can be optionally displayed for objects in order to provide a clear and informative overview.
  4. Grouping and display options: The grouping function allows an individual structuring of the marketing measures by the structure in the navigation tree, campaigns, projects, channel, action category, medium, validity or responsibility. Bars can be faded in and out ("Display") and the color scheme of the bars and to-dos can be selected according to different criteria.
  5. Show and hide filter options: Click on the filter icon to show or hide individual filters for campaigns, actions and to-dos.
  6. Time axis
  7. Date search and zoom: With the date search you can jump to the desired day in the time axis. In addition to the options "Today", "Next month", "Next quarter", etc., the menu also offers the option of selecting a desired date. The selected date remains user-specific. You can use the zoom to change the view of the calendar period displayed - from a rough overview of 3 years to a 5-day calendar view, there is something for everyone.
  8. Mini-plan: The mini-plan serves as an orientation aid to give a better overview of complex structures. The green area reflects the area shown in the calendar area.
